Upon receiving a ticket for support request ensure that all relevant details are captured in the ticket. 2. Be able to independently analyze and resolve issues. 3. Route the tickets to appropriate levels within the company for resolution 4. Ensure knowledge artifacts are maintained and enhance knowledge repository. 5. Works with Technical Developers and help with Unit Testing. 6. Interact with Oracle in SR Management – Creation, Follow Up, OWC, Script Execution, Patch involvement interaction with DBA and ensure effective closure of SR. Escalation of SR with Oracle. 7. Willingness to learn and work with other Oracle Modules- HR Candidate Profile: 1. Must have 1 year experience providing support on Financials:GL, AP, AR, FA, and CE modules 2. Must have exposure to PO module. 3. Must have exposure to SQL and PLSQL. 4. Must have Working knowledge of SQL Developer and TOAD. 5. Must have Working knowledge of Linux/Unix, navigating the unix shell, basic shell commands and vi editor. 6. Must be willing to work on EMEA Time Zone, specifically 2PM to 10 PM IST.
